A PLC engineer's best friend

In the past, sensors output a mV signal. You needed an external transmitter to connect to a PLC. That meant more cables, more boxes, and more failure points. We made a built-in analog transmitter. The transmitter circuit is inside the sensor. It outputs 4-20mA or 0-10V. You connect directly to a PLC analog module. One customer said: "One sensor replaces three parts. I cut my wiring work in half."

Calibration without test weights
We support digital calibration. Press and hold the setup button or use a handheld programmer. You can set zero and full scale without test weights (theoretical calibration). For higher accuracy, you can also load standard test weights for physical calibration. Output options: 4-20mA (two-wire) or 0-10V (three-wire). We also have a dual-output version that gives both 4-20mA and RS485. A common question: "Can your built-in analog transmitter be used in a vibrating environment?" Yes, the potting and filtering handle it well. Yixing Silvanus Electric Manufacture Co., Ltd. has been making smart sensors since 2007. Choosing us lets your sensor talk directly to your PLC.
