Eight sensors summed into one scale
A chemical plant in Anhui had a 50-ton tank with 8 sensors. They needed to sum the 8 signals and also see each sensor's data for diagnostics. We gave them a digital load cell transmitter with 8 channels and a built-in 7-inch touchscreen. It sums the 8 channels into a total weight and also shows each sensor's load. They found one sensor had much lower load. After adjusting the installation, the problem was solved. The equipment manager said: "With this screen, problems are obvious at a glance."

Automatic corner correction: no potentiometers
For multi-sensor scales, we provide automatic corner adjustment. Put a test weight on each corner one by one. The digital load cell transmitter calculates and stores correction factors for each channel. Then the displayed weight is the same at every corner. It also has 16 recipe storage locations. You can set target values, tolerances, and pre-acts for batching control. The transmitter has an SD card slot. It stores 1 year of historical data.
