Peak hold on a material tester

A material testing company in Zhejiang does rubber tensile tests. They needed to capture the maximum force at break. Our force indicator and controller samples at 1000 times per second. It has automatic peak hold. When the force suddenly drops by 50% FS at break, the controller locks the breaking peak and alarms. Before, they had to replay video to find the peak. Multiple peak hold modes
Manual hold (press a button), auto hold (locks max when force drops below a threshold), and window hold (locks when force stabilizes). Break detection: when force suddenly drops by more than 50% FS, it automatically records the breaking peak and alarms. Data can be exported as CSV via USB and used to create force-displacement curves in Excel.
