No cables in a crane cab
Before, to get sensor signals to the crane cab, you had to run a cable along the bridge girder. The cable moved with the trolley and wore out quickly. We used a wireless weighing indicator. The sensor connects to a wireless transmitter. The cab gets a wireless receiver indicator. Range is 200 meters and it can go through two concrete walls. The maintenance electrician said: "Finally, I don't have to replace a cable every month."

Multiple scale management and cloud platform
One wireless weighing indicator can pair with up to 8 wireless scales (e.g., crane scale #1, hook scale #2). Switch between them with a button. The indicator has GPS. Each weighing record includes coordinates automatically. Data is uploaded to the cloud via 4G or Wi-Fi. Managers see real-time weight, history curves, and device online status remotely.
