A mining truck driver no longer fears overload fines

An open-pit coal mine in Inner Mongolia had 30 dump trucks. Drivers used to guess the load. They often overloaded. Fines totaled hundreds of thousands of yuan per year. We installed an on-board weighing load cell on each truck. We put a display in the cab. Drivers watch the weight while loading and stop when full. After six months, overload fines were zero. The fleet manager said: "That money was well spent." Real-time load monitoring saves money directly.

Wireless plus solar: almost no maintenance
We include a wireless transmission module as standard. 433MHz or 4G. No cables in the cab. The on-board weighing load cell runs on a rechargeable lithium battery. One charge lasts 1000 hours. We also have a solar-assisted version. When parked outside, it charges automatically. Almost no maintenance needed. Data uploads to a fleet management platform. Managers see each truck's load, location, and dumping position remotely. This prevents material theft, mixing, and overloading. A common question: "Will your on-board weighing load cell survive mud and snow?" Yes, IP68 and the rugged cable handle it. Yixing Silvanus Electric Manufacture Co., Ltd. has been making vehicle sensors since 2007. Choosing us makes your fleet management transparent and worry-free.
