Ten years without rust in a desalination plant
A seawater desalination plant in Tianjin had severe corrosion. Ordinary sensors rusted after six months. We gave them a 316L stainless steel corrosion-resistant load cell. The surface was electro-passivated. It passed a 1000-hour salt spray test. Now three years later, the sensor still looks like new. Hygienic version: no dead corners
For food and pharmaceutical industries, we offer a hygienic corrosion-resistant load cell. Surface roughness Ra ≤0.4μm. No screws, no gaps, no dead corners. You can wash it directly with high-pressure water guns and cleaning agents. The top has a curved pressure head that self-aligns.
