120 fills per minute, error under 2 grams
A liquid filling machine maker in Shanghai needed a sensor that could fill 120 times per minute. Each fill was 500ml. Error had to be under ±2 grams. Overload protection: no fear of shocks
We designed a mechanical overload stop. When the filling impact exceeds 150% FS, the elastic body deformation is limited. It does not get permanent damage. We also have a dedicated high-speed transmitter. Sampling rate is 500 times per second. Digital filtering balances speed and accuracy. Filling corrosive liquids? We have an IP69K version.
