Weighing next to a glass furnace
A glass factory in Anhui has a melting furnace at 1600℃. The ambient temperature near the material silo is 300℃. Smart temperature control with auto alarm
The high-temperature weighing module has a built-in PT100 platinum resistance sensor. It monitors the body temperature in real time. Above 80℃, it automatically opens a solenoid valve to increase cooling water flow. At 100℃, it sounds an audible and visual alarm and suggests stopping operation. We also have a wireless temperature reading version. No cables needed. You see the temperature in the control room. The module base has a high-temperature lubricated graphite slider to handle thermal expansion movement. A common question: "Can your high-temperature weighing module work without water cooling?"
