Dynamic sorting in an e-commerce warehouse

Automatic identification and high-speed sorting
The system integrates a barcode scanner or RFID reader. It automatically identifies the parcel and links the weight to its ID. Weighing data is sent in real time to a host computer or PLC via Ethernet/IP or Profinet. This is used for weight verification, missing part detection, packing counting, and freight calculation. Overweight or underweight parcels are rejected by a pneumatic pusher or lift gate. We also have a checkweigher version that runs at 60-120 parcels per minute for high-speed sorting lines.
