A steel mill's crane overload alarm saved equipment
A steel mill in Hebei had a 100-ton overhead crane. It often overloaded. The wire rope broke once, and it was nearly an accident. We installed an overhead crane scale using a load pin sensor to replace the original sheave pin. We put a display in the cab. Weight shows in real time. On overload, it alarms and cuts the lifting circuit. The equipment manager said: "Now drivers dare not overload. The equipment is much safer."

Black box recording, viewable on cloud
We include a black box data logger. It stores 30 days of lift records: time, weight, overload count, and peak overload. Data can be exported via USB or uploaded to the cloud via 4G. Managers see real-time weight, history curves, and online status of each overhead crane scale on a computer or mobile app. We also have a moment limiter version for luffing cranes.
