Important Precautions for Weighing Sensors

Never plug or unplug while the sensor is powered on: Always disconnect the power supply before connecting or disconnecting the sensor cable.

Waterproof and moisture-proof: Especially outdoors or in humid environments, ensure the cable joints are properly sealed.

Avoid welding current: When welding near the sensor, disconnect the sensor from the instrument and connect the ground wire directly near the weld point to prevent high current from burning out the internal strain gauges of the sensor.

Cable protection: The sensor cable should be properly secured to prevent it from being crushed, pulled, or abraded.

Following the above methods will ensure stable and reliable operation of the weighing sensor. For high-precision or critical applications, installation and calibration by qualified personnel are recommended.
