Daily Use:
Avoid overloading, impact loads, and sudden loading/unloading.
Keep the sensor and its surrounding environment clean, preventing water, oil, and dust from entering.
Regularly check the tightness of bolts and the status of mechanical limit switches.
Periodic Calibration:
Based on usage frequency and accuracy requirements, perform calibration and verification using standard weights periodically (e.g., monthly, quarterly).
Troubleshooting:
No display/abnormal display: Check the power supply, wiring, and fuses.
Zero drift: Check the installation foundation, mechanical limit switches, and whether the sensor is damaged.
Poor repeatability: Check for load eccentricity, and whether the sensor is loose or damaged.
