Giving robots a sense of touch
A collaborative robot company in Suzhou used to buy imported six-axis force sensors. One unit cost more than 100,000 yuan. They asked us to make one with similar performance but a lower price. We used 7075-T6 aviation aluminum, machined in one piece. We integrated decoupling algorithms inside. The resulting multi-axis force sensor has 0.5% FS accuracy and crosstalk below 2% FS. The price is only one quarter of the imported one. Now they order 100 units every month. This shows our factory's strength: good quality at a fair price.

We give you USB, EtherCAT, and RS485 interfaces. We also provide open-source driver libraries for Windows and Linux, plus ROS nodes. Sampling rate goes up to 2000 Hz. It catches dynamic forces well.
