Key Factors Affecting Calibration Time

Calibration Type

Zero-point calibration: Adjusting only to zero under no-load conditions, taking approximately 5–10 minutes.

Single-point range calibration: Calibration using a standard weight (e.g., 80% full scale), taking approximately 20–30 minutes.

Multi-point linear calibration: Gradually loading at multiple load points (20%, 50%, 80%, 100%), requiring 1–2 hours, suitable for high-precision scenarios (e.g., laboratories, trade settlements).

Angle difference correction (four-corner adjustment): For multi-sensor systems such as weighbridges and platform scales, each corner is individually adjusted, adding 30–60 minutes of workload.
